Wiring Guide

  • Power: 9V DC supply (1A minimum) to Arduino barrel jack
  • Smoke Sensor: A0 pin (5V and GND connections required)
  • Manual Call: D7 with internal pull-up resistor
  • Alarm Bell: D8 with 1K current limiting resistor
  • Silence Button: D9 with 10K pull-down resistor
  • Reset Button: D10 with 10K pull-down resistor
  • LCD: RS(D12), E(D11), DB4-DB7(D5-D2) with contrast potentiometer
